Cheap car insurance for student?

Just wondering if anyone could direct my daughter and I to the best company to use for insuring a car for a student? She will be 21 in April and has 3 points on her licence for speeding :rolleyes: We are busy sitting here trawling lots of sites getting very bogged down so any pointers would be very helpful!
