How to disperse urban Foxes?

We've got 3 fox cubs that visit our garden regularly early each morning. It is great because they are adding to my collection of tennis balls, single gardening gloves and assorted single shoes.
It would take me miles of stalking through neighbouring gardens to collect them on my own.
Unfortunately there is no way of giving the owners back their chewed and fox smelling items due to the fox collection methods.
But at least the owners learn not to leave anything from garden tools to children's toys to shoes outside.
Oh and I find tom cats very good at chasing foxes away.I'm not cynical I'm realistic
