Question to anyone with more technical IT know how than me (and theres alot of you!)
I have downloaded a movie which is a .bin file.
I can play it fine on the computer with VLC media player.
Does anyone know how I can convert this file in order to burn it onto a DVD?
In the downloaded folder, there is a .bin file which is the main film and then a .cue file (dunno what that does).. they are seperate files in the folder I downloaded.
If anyone knows what software will convert this as simply and effectively as possible, it would be appreciated!

Board rules strictly preclude any discussions which could aid violations for copyright.0 -
Lets not be too hasty - it could be a free/out of copyright/public movie.
But it could also be illegally downloaded content:rotfl: :j :T :bdaycake: :xmastree: :bdaycake: :T :j :rotfl:0 -

No worries. As I am not 100% sure of the legality of the download I'll not enter into any further discussion.
thanks to frestuffwooo for the benefit of the doubt though.
Nice to see not everyone is as keen amcluesent to point the finger! :rotfl:0 -
If the movie is a DVD or new release (well within the last 75 years) and you do not own an authentic copy then chances are its illegal:rotfl: :j :T :bdaycake: :xmastree: :bdaycake: :T :j :rotfl:0

Its neither. Its an independant film that one of the actors wanted my opinion on so they put it on megaload for me.
I am not sure about the rights etc so it could well be illegal/unlawful for me to have it.
TBH i very much doubt it is but better safe than sorry really.
I was only playing with amcluesent in what I said.. just would have been nice to be asked the nature of the download first :rotfl:0 -
