thats what is says in paper but toys r us here has a sign up saying 1 per customer per day no bulk buys. - they wouldnt let me get 2 (1 mine 1 neighbour -no point us both going). so hubby had to get 1. neighbour had same issue today and had to get her mum to go in and get 2nd.

plus the paper says get it off the shelf and go to till, toys r us here tried to make me have the ones they had under the tills (wasnt thomas, which is the main 1 i wanted). I won the battle and got the thomas off the shelf that i had taken to the till.

Gosh by the sounds of it our toysrus were really good. Hubby took the coupon to customer service desk and they said to just go and choose which ever one we wanted and take it to tills. We got asked for a postcode but we just gave ours, both sets of parents and hubbys work. As its about a 50 mile round trip, it wouldnt have worked out such a good bargin, having to travel that far every day.

I went in with nephew he got one and I asked the lady on the till can I get more than 1 or do i have to get my hubby in the car outside to come in, she called over supervisor who said if youve got a token for each you can have them. Fab I picked all the diff ones of the shelf and now have a very happy little boy. Think I will do the same tomorrow when paper is cheaper and get some more for the baby for xmas, looks like its down to nice staff again as the voucher does say 1 per household!!!!

Our toys r us had 200 in this morning but by the time I got there at 1pm they'd all gone was gutted

I got 4 yesterday, SA had no problem as long as I had the 4 tokens.

Only problem is they only had 4 different ones, has anyone found all 6? Although I did gget them from the till point, would I be better checking the shelves for the missing 2?

Not sure which 2 I am missing, DS only 18mths so not up on all their names yet!! Have them put away for santa to bring.

Got Thomas, harold (helicoptor), red one and green one, I think.

Postcode request was because they were carrying out a survey today for how far people travelled to their stores - they were asking everyone in ours, regardless of whether they had a freebie or not. I refused to give ours, so she happily entered 999 on the computer instead.

ELC in Mothercare, two shops down, had the same Megabloks engines reduced to £2.99

We got ours from the actual shelves as that what the SA said to so and they had all 6, more of the popular one like Thomas, James only a couple Bertie and Harold x

Well, between my OH, my parents and myself I managed to get: Thomas, Harold, Percy and Henry. I noticed though, that the megablocks set I picked up for my LO also hs a Thomas and Harold - oopsie. Oh well, he wont complain at having more blocks.

No James, Gordons or Berties left but hopefully will get them thru the week.

I didn't realise you could get Henry as he is not mentioned in the paper. Was that behind the till or on normal display?

we got thomas on 1st day and neighbour got percy yesterday, we going to get james (hopefully i fthey got any) today and neighbour got go town after school with son so said she will get 2 more.

distance wise its only 2miles away so not to bad, just doesnt seem we have as nice staff as some areas.
