Hi all
I am selling around june time and wondered if anyone can answer me.
I could put my home up before 1st June when the HIP's become law.
but if you get your house on the market just before that date, does that mean are not required to do the home information pack or does it mean you have to get one once june 1st ticks over ?
thanks
Lee

If you put your property on the market BEFORE 1 June 2007, you will NOT be required to have a HIP in place until NOVEMBER 2007 (6 months later).0
