Additional terms and conditions for 'Win a once-in-a-lifetime trip to Ibiza with Corona Extra' competition

1. Promotion open to UK residents aged 18 years or over excluding employees and immediate families of Molson Coors Brewing Company (UK) Ltd and Time Out. Participating venues and anyone else professionally associated with the promotion.
2. Proof of identity and age may be required. Use of a false name or address will result in disqualification.
3. No bulk, third party or organised group entries will be accepted. Incomplete, illegible, photocopied or corrupt entries or those not in accordance with entry instructions will not be accepted.
4. Promotion closes midnight Thursday July 28 2011.

6. The Ibiza prize refers to a two night stay 19th and 20th August 2011 at the Ibiza Corso Hotel & Spa, Marina Botafoch, Ibiza Town, Ibiza for one winner and three friends. Prize includes: economy return flights to Ibiza for four, airport transfers in the UK and in Ibiza, travel to London from winner’s address to a maximum of £100 per person, and holiday insurance for all members of the party is included for the duration of the trip. Prize includes dinner and club entry to Pacha Restaurant and Nightclub.
7. Winners may be required to discuss some elements of the component parts of this prize, and submit certain information about themselves in order to take full advantage of some of these components.
8. UK transfers upon return, UK internal flights, other meals, room service, drinks and all other ancillary costs are not included.
9. The winners and guests are responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports (valid for at least six months from departure date of travel) & any other visas or other documentation required to enter Spain.
10. Winners must provide all required details for them and their three nominated companions for travel, as specified when contacted by the Promoter, by [INSERT DATE] 2011. Winners who do not provide this by the specified time risk being disqualified entirely and the prize will be reallocated to the end of promotion prize draw.
11. Prizes are not transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
12. All bookings will be made via the Promoter’s nominated travel agency and only the stated dates are available.
13. Once a booking has been confirmed no changes are permitted.
14. If a booking is cancelled no alternative tickets will be issued and the tickets will be deemed to have been used. For the avoidance of doubt, no compensation and/or refund will be provided.
15. No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed in the post, or due to technical difficulties.
16. All prizes will be delivered to prize winner within 28 days of competition closing.
17. The promoter reserves the right to amend or alter the terms of this promotion, or cancel it without notice due to circumstances outside of its control.
18. No purchase necessary.
19. The winner will be chosen from all correct entries received by the closing date. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Competitions may be modified or withdrawn at any time. Corona Extra adheres to the drinkaware.co.uk campaign.
20. If Time Out run a competition or offer with a promoter where that promoter is responsible for the provision of the offer or prizes then Time Out will not be responsible for or have any liability for the provision of those offers or prizes.
21. By taking part in this promotion all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
