Phone Calls Warning!

I have just received a Phone Call from a Firm, and Im Ex - Directory!
He asked me if I had received correspondence from his firm in my area. I said Im Ex - Directory, how did you get my phone number. He replied " Would you like me to take you off the register then " I replied Yes, but you still arent having my details!
They are getting sneaky now, dont give out any imformation!

http://www.tpsonline.org.uk/tps/Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0
