Paid in Euros

Dear MSE Forumers
I am a UK resident, i have been forever. Recently i have started working offshore in the mediterranean, and i get paid in Euros.
I would like to find a new account that:
- I can get my Euro Salary paid into without any charges
- I can withdraw my Euros for free, from a bank or from a visa debit card for example for day to day use.
- I can transfer fairly large sums of Euros into a sterling account back home.
What can anyone suggest?
I've had a look at Barclay's Euro accounts, but they don't have a card attached to them, so i can't really use the euros.
Many thanks in advance.
