Amazon Payment Problem

I'm really sorry if this is in the wrong place.:o

Decided to order a new phone from Amazon. I go through the checkout and pay. I then get this email:
"We're writing to let you know that we are having difficulty processing your Visa (*enter expiry here*) for the above transaction.

We will try charging your credit card again shortly. It is not necessary to place a new order, but you may want to review the payment information for your order and make sure it is correct and current."
The email tells me to go into my orders and either put in a new payment method or try to charge the card again, which is what I did.

I then recieved an email saying:
Your order will be paid using the payment method that you selected. We will notify you via e-mail if further action is required on your part.

When your order is dispatched, we will send you an e-mail message to confirm the date, contents and dispatch method. If you requested any additional changes to this order, you will receive a separate e-mail to confirm those changes.

Thank you for visiting Amazon.co.uk.
I haven't had another email stating anymore problems and my online banking is showing that the money will be taken out (you know when it says your balance, and then says "avaliable balance"? Well the avaliable balance is what is in my account minus the cost of the order).

However, the orders screen is still showing that I need to check payment details and change them or try to charge the card again.

Does this mean that because my account is showing as if the money is going to be taken out that the re-charge was successful?

I really don't want to do another "re-charge" and then the money be taken out twice as I really can't afford for that to happen.:o

Thank you in advance.

Personally I'd give them a call and find out what they are doing.

I have problems using the phone :o so have emailed them, although I know that's a slower way of getting an answer.

I ordered the phone for express delivery tomorrow.:o

I got a very long email saying that my card hasn't been charged and I've cancelled the order as it's causing so much trouble but my account is still showing that it's £260 down. I can't afford to lose £260.
