    if they are refunding the premiums plus interest, then this indicates that they are voiding the policy. That is the normal outcome in a complaint like this that gets upheld.

    That would be very unusual and you should verify that the policy is being allowed to continue.

    We were given 2 options
    1) Receive payments plus interest and cash in the policy

    or

    2) Receive payments plus interest and keep the policy until the next review date in 5 years time. At that time we can cash it in or choose to keep it.
