Mail2web looks like just a means of accessing your emails from a central location. The important thing is the email provider for your email account. What is the name after the @ ie @talktalk.net, and do you still have your internet connection with them. If you have moved provider, they may well delete your email account.0

Try logging on to the TalkTalk web mail portal here http://www.talktalk.co.uk/mail
This should tell you if your email address is still active, but assumes it's an @talktalk address, otherwise it may be different.0 -
And if what davb has suggested doesn't work try logging on to the talktalkmembersforum.com where we can help you identify the cause of the issue.

just found the following on the forum;
Please note that you may experience some issues when trying to access and use TalkTalk webmail via Firefox 5, if you do experience any issues please try using another browser. We are working to resolve this issue however we don't have any time-scales for resolution yet.This is a system account and does not represent a real person. Get someone to send an email to your email address to see if they get an NDR. See if its still a valid address.0

Or another possibility is that accessing the account via mail2web, talktalk's system may think there has been nobody logging on for 2 years, so the account is unused (POP does not register on many systems), and has dropped off the system?0
