Lloydstsb Update?

Just wondering if anyone has actually had anything back from Lloydstsb since they started looking at "on hold" complaints ?
I submitted a complaint back in October and was trying to work out when people submitted complaints that have actually being actioned.

Yes mine was resolved a few weeks ago, but I did go on nagging at them.
Mine was also 2010 complaints.
Have you tried emailing

And copying it to the CEO?

I put my claim in 29th October and not really got any where. I've been emailing the customer services twice a week and not getting anywhere.
I decided to cut out customer services and jet email CEO to see if that pushed them along. Not a chance!!
Got a reply of customer services today basically saying stop wasting your time because you won't b getting anything from us until 31st August.
It's a joke, 10 months and nothing.

Yep its the same with me, had a claim in since 30th August, seven letters (all rec. del.) later, still no further forward, only had two letters from them, one an acknowledgement, the other saying they need more time, and claim on hold due to a judicial review,....Oh and I started emailing customercare & CEO last week, every other day, with no return emails back.
Just keep smiling, I think, and think positive.0
