Lost littlewoods rewards.

When did they come up with the bright idea of if you dont order you lose your currently earned rewards?

Saving that towards a large purchase, But got todays statement and the rewards balance is zero.

Very nice of them.

    Shows how much i use it then. Well i dont use it even though its in my name but the missus does.

    They phone & ask for me wont speak to the wife. When i speak to them i dont have a clue & have to
    pass the phone to her.

    But its OK for her to order stuff? lol

  • The same happened to me today, I got this months statement through and found that i have lost £70 off my rewards, I had no notification that this will happen, and I can't afford to buy regulary.
    I now cease to shop with them after 27 years of my custom.

    Not been with them for 27 years but at least 15years.

    Change from 0800 / 0845 to 0844 now 0845's are free (strange that) was irritating, Just seems they want to drive customers away with silly terms and conditions.

    I just cannot be bothered with them, I was saving my rewards towards a new bed, curtains and sofa.

    Looks like they have lost out, Littlewoods rep may want to pass that onto their management team.

    They are driving customers away.

    If you are unable to shop in a season, you will lose any unclaimed Rewards you have earned and drop down a level.

    Its there alright! I also got a letter telling me to use or loose them AND even a phone call!

    They dont phone me probably because we rarely order anything, No letter and they dont even bother
    sending us a catalogue anymore. As i mentioned wife uses it even though its in my name.

    She doesnt use the computer so not having a catalogue makes ordering a bit hard.

    I was not saying they never told me about it, Im sure its in with a statement somewhere but i dont
    bother reading them, I look at the balance and minimum payment and thats about it.

    The reason for the post is WHEN and WHY they brought in such a silly idea, Lose rewards for not ordering goods this season.

    No good for people like us that use it to buy larger expensive items and be able to spread the cost. Company
    rep offered to help above but i cannot be bothered with them. (again my choice) we rarely buy stuff and having to
    do that each time is not for me. I choose take my money elsewhere.
