You could win an amazing all inclusive gym membership just for telling us what makes you feel PROUD to live, work or study in Hillingdon as part of Hillingdon Council's Feel PROUD initiative.
A gym membership pass (worth up to £540) gives the winner free unlimited access to the gym, pool, classes and health suites at the Hillingdon leisure facility of their choice.
The short survey will only take a few minutes to complete and will help us shape Feel PROUD in the future. So get involved for your chance to win!

Gym memberships are kindly being donated by Fusion and GLL, Hillingdon's leisure providers.

Terms and conditions:
No cash alternative will be available.
One annual gym membership pass will be given to the first name selected at random from completed surveys, which have included contact details, by the end of September 2011. Surveys can be completed online or at Pride of Place events taking place in the borough.
Gym memberships are available to people 16 years or older and there will be a separate annual swimming pass given to a young person or child under 16 selected in the same way.
Winners will be asked to select the Hillingdon leisure facility they wish to use.
Gym membership is subject to completing an induction and PARQ (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire). Disclosure of pre-existing medical conditions is part of PARQ and some medical conditions may prevent gym membership without a GP note.
Each pool has a swim safety policy which must be followed.
