:mad: Can anyone help or advise me please,I have seven loan agreement numbers,but i only have three policy numbers and they are all the same,is that correct?
Can i ask for a refund using just the loan agreement numbers,
How do i obtain the policy numbers if required.
I am with the halifax,please help if you can.cheers.

Hi there

Call into Halifax, or email them, I emailed Lloyds and they even gave me details of the loan account numbers from the mid 90's, good luck.;)

no, insurance isnt refundable.

Think op means mis sell.
At least i hope so,as you are right,you dont get a refund on insurance.

It is misold ppi insurance i needed info about what is confusing is that Halifax have changed the type format of some of the monthly statements which they sent(loan update info) then after a while they stopped sending them.I will try requesting the policy numbers from Halifax,I have got all the original loan agreements .
