Russia for a week..help

Hi guys, going to Russia for a week on monday, 4 nights in St Petersburg then flying to Moscow for 3. Could anyone who's been suggest a rough itinerary or stuff not to miss within those days in each city.

In St Petersburg must see:
1) Petrodvorec (The Palace of the Great Petr), 30min on train, often you can get excursion from the Ermitazh (Winter palace) squere. Alos, you can go by speed boat, about 1.5 hr. It is the Palace with the incredible garden and few little palaces in it. You may wait couple of hrs to enter the Palace (not teh garden, though. it's easy), also it's not cheap, but absolutely must visit!
2) Kunstkamera. There is the excibition of all those rare human body's wrong developments, about 2 rooms, but highly impressive. The museum though is about diffrenet civilizations, fanrtastic display.
3) Isaak Cathedrale. Must take a guide, as it is a fascinating story anbout unique arhitecture and the way how it has been build.
4) The Church of Blood Saviourhttp /www.spas-na-krovi.ru/
5) Ermitage (aka Winter Palace). I have been to Louvre...Ermitage is more posh
