Where to go August 2011 Family of 5?

We are a family of 2 adults and 3 kids age 12,10 & 6. Didn't think we'd get a holiday this year but Mum has paid for the kids passport renewal and I finally got 2 years worth of allowance back dated from work:j We would like to go on holiday for a week on either 27th (would have to be late afternoon/night as husband working till lunchtime) or 28th August. We have been Eurocamping for past few years and I'm completely phased by all the package holidays out there! :o
Our budget is £1,500-£2000 ideally would like all inclusive but think our budget is too tight for that. I don't mind where we go but I'd like accommodation with a pool or close to the beach.
We live on the Isle of Wight so airportwise Gatwick or Bournemouth easiest but willing to go to other London airports for a good deal.
Hope someone can help
thank you

Have you tried teletextholidays.co.uk ? They have got holidays all inc to Marmaris, Turkey, for £309 per person. You have to be aware thata that doesn't include transfers which will be extra but have booked using them before and they are good. Flight times are sometimes a bit rubbish though!
    Wins 2009:Total : £2500 :j
First they came for the crack users; but I said nothing. I was not a crack user. Then they came for the heroin users. But I said nothing - I was not a heroin user. Then they came for me. There was no one left to speak for me. (after Pastor Niemoller)

    Hello

    If you look on www.thomsonfly.co.uk

They have flights to Majorca on the 28th August for £670.00 for the 5 of you inc the bags, from Bournmouth

    On many hotel websites

    www.ulookubook.com

    www.travelrepublic.co.uk

    www.medhotels.com

    www.hotels4u.co.uk

They have the bellevue resort in Alcudia, staying in a 1 bedroomed apartment for 7 nights total around £1400 this is based on AI

The transfers would cost you in the region of £60 return

    www.a2btransfers.com

    Total around the £2138.00 mark

Hope this helps, Alcudia is great for the kids

    Thanks
