Soil Pipe Join

I have had to cut the (brown plastic) soil pipe (3" inch gap now) to get my heating ground source loop beneath the soil pipe. I now need a joint to repair it. The pipe is fixed in the groundand has no movement in it.
How do I fix it? Is there a fexible bllows type conector?

if the gap is too large for one connector, you may have to use cut the pipe a bit more and use two, with a bit of pipe in the middle.
making the gap larger gives you better access and more wriggle room.Get some gorm.0 -
Excellent thanks, just hope B&Q have it as Wickes is miles away (and the nearest B&Q didn' have anything).0

You should also be able to use a slip connector which has the stop nibs removed. You slide it onto one side of the cut and then slide it along until the cut is completely covered. If you have absolutely no movement available in the pipes it might not be practical to use a slip connector.I can afford anything that I want.
Just so long as I don't want much.0 -
Unfortunately he one pictured was not available (except as a pvc to clay adapter) so I got a connector with nibs. Not sure it is going to work but I am just home and haven't tried it yet. Might need to cut out a bigger section and and see if I can join with a length of pipe and two slip connectors. Oh the joys!0

Sometimes the nibs are quite small and can be removed by filing them with a rasp or file. Thus converting a standard connector into a slip connector.I can afford anything that I want.

Just thought I would up date this.
Two slip connectors and a lenght of pipedid the job. Jut cut the pipe to leave a reasonable gap eg 150-300mm. Knock of te nibs witha screwdriver and using fairy liquid slip them on fully to the pipe on bothsides. Insert he pipe and slide both connectors back and Bob's your uncle.
I might add the second sip connector I bought was the grey type and the seals on them are a lot tighter and a pain (block of wood and hamer sorted that out)0 -
Would something like this do, although a small size.
Rubber connector, with tightening strapos at both ends. these are really meant for jo
ining clay pipes.
Sorry, I'm too late0 -
one i did last week.Get some gorm.0 -
I could only find these rubber one that acted as a step down adaptor. I couldn't find any that were 110mm at both ends.0
