HI, where do you live??
There are a few places called Hop skip and jump, where you can leave your kids for sometime and they can have a good time with a specially traind staff , whilest you can go home and chill for a while. It used to be free, I never need it, but stumbeled over it on my way home a few years ago, but the place was wonderfull for the children. Hi There,
I am long time lurker and have never posted before but my heart went out to you when reading your post. My daughter was born with very complex needs and we received no help at all but since then I have tried to keep myself informed so that others may benefit where we could not.

You mentioned your sons were still in nappies , have you tried applying to the Rowntrees Family Fund for help with this? I think they can assist with the cost of washing machines, fridges etc if they need to eat special food. They also used to give grants for families to have a break away. I am not familiar with what they offer now but it is worth taking a look at their website and they may also be able to help with other aspects of care for you.
I wish you luck in gaining some help and support as I know what it is like to feel in the edge day in and day out.
