B & Q Porcelain Tiles

I was just wondering if anyone has had a problem with the B & Q Porcelain Tiles and the Transit Wax that is on them ?
I would like to prove to B & Q that we are not the only people who cannot get this wax off.
It's a long story but if you are having / had a problem would you let me know.
The tiles I have are Beige Porcelain 600 x 600 in size.

The polished ones? Have you googled them? There were umpteen problems with them 2/3 years ago.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.
