Unless otherwise stated, entry to all competitions is restricted to participants who are residents of the United Kingdom and 12 years of age or over. The competition is open to anyone except employees, directors and contractors of Independent Television News Limited (ITN), their families, agents or any other person(s) connected with the competition.

To be eligible to win the prize, entrants must retweet the following message from the @theshowbiz411 Twitter account: "Win an EXCLUSIVE #t4otb goodie bag from the @LilyJamesltd gifting lounge. Follow us & RT to enter! Deets here: http://!!!!!!!/pNnIvS ", between the start of the competition on Wednesday the 13th of July and 12pm on Thursday the 14th.

To enter you must retweet the message at least once during this period. Entry is open to Twitter users who are following the @theshowbiz411 Twitter account by the end of the competition, and contestants can enter multiple times, retweeting the message once per appearance (since it will be tweeted several times during the competition period).

The prize is non-transferable and a cash alternative is not available. The winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries by ITN's Communities Manager at 9:00 am on Friday the 15th of July, who will then immediately notify the winners by direct message (DM) on Twitter. The winner will then have until noon on Monday the 18th of July to claim their prize. If the winner fails to claim the prize, then that person will be disqualified and an alternative winner will be randomly selected in accordance with the rules of the competition. Should that person fail to claim the prize then the process will be repeated until an alternative winner is selected. In the event no winners are selected then no prize will be awarded.

ITN will not be liable for any failure of receipt of entries. ITN takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.

ITN reserves the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the competition (including altering the prize) at any time and for any reason. Entries will not be acknowledged or returned.

By entering, the winners agree to his/her name, likeness and general location being used for publicity purposes by ITN in any and all media. The winner of the prize will be required to submit valid identification/proof of age before receiving the prize.

By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these rules. Entries which do not comply with or are in breach of the rules are ineligible to win the prize. In the event of any mistake, error, fault or dispute relating to this prize draw the decision of ITN will be final. No correspondence will be entered into.

ITN will not be liable for any loss or damage arising out the winners use of the prize and in no event will ITN be liable for any incidental or consequential damages (including, without limitation, indirect, special, punitive, or exemplary damages) arising out of this competition. The competition will be exclusively governed by the laws of England and Wales and all entrants submit to the
