in IVA & DRO
have recently decided to make a full and final offer on my IVA, a friend has offered me 4-5k to pay it off (I currently have just over 6k left to pay over the next 3-4 years) I was going to offer about 4k and see how that goes first. I contacted my IP and as usual ive had very little response back, so ill ask a few questions here:
Im offering this because im being made redundant in September and want to clear it before this happens basically, and I want rid of it all now.
Any advice will be greatly appreciated!
- What do I need to send my IP to make the offer, I know about the letter but do they need anything else?
- will the person making me the offer need to be identified or contacted in anyway involved?
- If they do not accept the offer, will my iva run as usual? What happens after a rejection?
