It did that for me too - you have to put capitals on.

it's cos the form is in a flash wrapper.
"2. You are trying to fill (save) a Flash form, Java form or other non-HTML form. RoboForm only fills HTML forms and Basic Authentication forms, not Flash or Java forms. You can check which the form is by right-clicking it. Flash objects have a specific Flash context menu."
