family hotel in london?

Hi all,

Anyone with recommendations for a good family hotel in central london, preferably with brekkie thrown in. Budget up to £100 per night. Bargains and money off deals preferred, obv!

It's for a late September weekend.

Cheers!

Travelodge have a sale starting at 6am tomorrow for dates from the 1st September, however London rooms go very quickly. The sale often starts earlier as I remeber reading MSE posts last time that it went live at 2.30am. I would look at Southwark as it is a newer hotel, beside the tube and 10 minutes walk to the embankment for the Eye,river boats, Houses of Parliament, Big Ben etc. The hotel has a cafe bar and kids eat free at the buffet style breakfast of cooked items, muffins, toast, fruit, juice, tea and coffee and cereals. There is a TL opening in Septmeber at bank which is very central but do not know if they have family rooms there.

    Hi
can only add to Travelodge sale tomorrow.
We stayed at the Waterloo one, only been open a year and 5 mins from tube. If adults booked breakfast, then children ate free. breakfast was full buffet style, with all that you could want.

Thanks all, missed the travellodge sale, d'oh, but both premier inns and TL look affordable. Thanks susancs for the tip on Southwark, good choice!
