Mortgage hidden fee claim back

Has anybody been involved with a company called Signey Associates ltd?
I have, and now ive paid my £695 up front fee for them to claim back "a minimum of £20k" i havent heard anything since. The phone just goes to voicemail and the agent i was dealing with isnt answering my calls.
Has anybody else experienced the same.
Who can i contact? i want my money back!

You have been scammed.
There has only been one successful court case and in that case the broker was employed on independent basis (which is fee basis) and didnt disclose the amount of commission that was paid as well. The court ruled the commission should be repaid to the client. The award was about £300.
Most claims companies didnt bother on this front as the typical prime mortgage commission is 0.3% and the vast majority of people do not use independent brokers but whole of market brokers (even most independents are employed mostly on whole of market basis rather than the independent basis).
So, the odds of you getting someone in that position are rare and then the odds of an independent not giving full disclosure are rare and in the end if you are only going to end up with around £300, its not worth all the work doing it.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). Wow!! How did you find that!! I feel for the poor chap who has been scammed but its great to know that the scammers are at least traceable!!

Nice one Jonny! ive been searching for more information on these guys for ages! The agent lives around 4 miles from me and i still havent found him! Peter Lawson is his name, he lives in West Hallam, Derbyshire, stay away from him and Signey Associates, they've cost myself, my wife, my 6 year old daughter and my 8 month old son a holiday abroad this year.0
