    Professional cleaning is such a strange notion in the first place, isn't it?

    You do wonder whether all these cleaners attend a 4 year full-time course and then graduate with an MSc in Carpet Stain Removals (with a distinction in Skirting Board Cleanliness).

    I can't help but suspect that a lot of the time the letting agencies just want you to use their own "approved" cleaners who will do little, charge you a fortune and then split the profits with the agencies themselves.

    Just thought i'd update, the check out report came and said that it was all fine and all repairs are to be done by LL.

    Just waiting to see if she agrees, but they never mentioned the carpets :D
