    Unfortunately not.
Unless Boots are willing to allow you to cancel, you've no legal right to any refund or exchange.

as Shaun says, nothing you can do other than ask nicely.

As with anything, unless a shop chooses to give you additional rights, changing your mind be it an item of clothing, glasses, furniture etc. is not a reason for a refund. In this case they may have already started the production process for your glasses as well, in which case they definitely won't refund you as they will struggle to resell and may incur costs removing the lenses from the frames in order to resell those.

I tried asking nicely that didn't work, even when I explained it was only 1 pair from the 3 I had ordered that I wished to change.
Never mind I know for next time.
    Thanks for your help

    Hi
collected my glasses on Saturday, unfortunately each pair were of unsatisfactory quality. The arms on each pair were very loose and at first the assitant asked me if I ever had flexi frames before I questioned this as each arm had a different level of looseness, 1 arm doesn't even fit flush to the frame. They came in cases that were too small for them. He adjusted my daughters pair and they now don't sit straight on her face, he also adjusted mine to try and make them fit in the box and they are now too tight behind my ears.
Am I entitled to my money back or anything ?
    Thanks again for any help

Glasses always need adjustment just take them back in.

I have been with Boots for glasses for over 20 years, they have always been excellent, and that's be in many different regions over the years
Or are you looking for a reason to complain and cancel as you wanted to change them?;)

I've worn glasses for 34 years so am aware they may need slight adjusting this is not adjusting Glad you've had good experiences with Boots but I have not. Not bothered about the single pair of frames I wanted to change it's a lesson learned and there not that bad I've worn worse 70's/80's national health ones!.These are truly of poor quality.
