Freedom prepaid mastercard missing funds

Not sure if anyone can help but I am really struggling to get my money back from (White Eagle) "Freedom Prepaid Mastercard".
I loaded my card with £500 on the 27th June and the money never appeared in my account - followed the exact load procedure stated on their website.
I contacted customer services who said my card was invalid and I should have been issued a new one - they could see I had done the transfer, but they were unable to load it onto my card. I asked for the money to be returned to my bank account which they said they would do.
The money has not beed returned and customer services never return my calls, emails and letters have also been ignored.
Any advise on what my next step should be please?
