Terms and conditions

1. The following rules ("Rules") together with Global Radio's ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") (which can be found at http://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition/) apply to 'Win with Argos' radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from 13/07/2011 to 13/08/2011 ("the Duration"). The "Radio Station" is Heart.
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an "Entrant") will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.
Details of the Competition:

3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to heart.co.uk, register their details and their prize preferences to the value of £500 (maximum of 3 items) selected from the Argos website. Online entry will open at 06:00 on 13/07/2011 and close at 12:00 on 13/08/2011.
4. A weekly winner will be randomly drawn each week on Saturday at12:00 from all valid entries.
5. All entrants will be required to talk to the presenter/s and a call will be recorded with the presenter/s and played on-air. If entrants fail to answer their phone, answer their phone but fail to be available shortly thereafter to record a call, or if any fault occurs immediately prior to or during these calls and it is not possible to re-establish contact with the caller, another contestant will be selected at random. If the caller is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, or cannot continue the call for any reason, the call may be terminated and another entrant selected.
6. The entrant will be asked one multiple choice question by the presenter/s. If the entrant gets the question correct, they'll win the prize. If the Entrant gets the question incorrect, the next Entrant is randomly selected to play. The winner will be announced on air.

7. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.
8. Entry must include Item name and number to be deemed a valid entry.
9. If an entrant selects prizes above the £500 limit, the entry will be deemed invalid.
