Flymo -poor product poor customer relations

I purchased a Flymo lawn mower around 18 months ago and foolishly didn't follow up on any guarantees. Lo and behold, my rather expensive lawn mower is now kaput! Motor burnt out I think a couple of months ago. Thought I'd contact Flymo to complain as this shouldn't happen, went to the trouble of getting the serial numbers etc that the site has as mandatory fields in order to raise a query, and I received no reply whatsoever. Won't be buying a Flymo again in the future. Rotten service!
