I think they would need to provide the number of properties on the market before this makes much sense. Comparing property market websites is a pretty inexact science in view of the fact that there are so many duplicates.0 -

As always it depends on area. In the South East at least, demand seems pretty strong for decent property, certainly in the 2 bed market I've been looking at.Remember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.0 -
