Hi all

Mum and Dad were thrilled with their box of gold. Thank you for the ideas. These were the things I used:

Golden Wedding Rose, Bottle of champagne, bottle of bucks fizz, Gold scratchcard, thatchers gold cider, golden syrup cake, gold wrapped chocolate with caramel (from Aldi), Gold label tea bags, white with gold paper plates and matching serviettes (from Mr T's), which will come in for the afternoon tea we are organising, gold and cream balloons, gold party poppers, some single twix bars.

I think that was about it. I decided not to put anything other than the rose in for keeping, as by the time you have been married 50 years, you have accumulated a lot of things!!!
