I don't know if anyone has any advice. Bought a dvd box set from this company. A few weeks later a load of dodgy looking dvds came from china or somewhere like that. A load of them skipped or froze upon playing. Have complained to the company and their like we will rectify any complaints but haven't heard from them for 4 wks. It is inevitable that I have been ripped off, no phone number to contact them on just email complaints. Is there anything I can do to stop other people making my mistake and get this company investigated? :mad:
