Hi, I'm looking at getting a new car through a PCH website.
If anyone has any experiences of PCH companies, they would be gladly welcomed!

Simple
you pay a 10% deposit, 24 or 48 months of low monthly premium and Final payment at the end of contract if you decide to keep the car - or you roll on to next brand new car.
Watch out for the charges if the car is not kept in a good condition or you go over the agreed mileage.
Honestly , I think PCP is very costly affair - but do you sums / I would rather buy the same car when it is two years old outright - that would be equal to your 48 months premium.
A lexus is200 cost 25k brand new ( basic edition)
you pay a deposit of 2500 + 48 months of £300 = 17k , with a final payment of 10k = 27000 ( modest figures)
whilst same car on autotrader at 2 year old - would you cost 12kI owe £3233 @ 0%0 -
Firstly, I understand how it works and the risks that come with it (and btw I am talking about PCH not PCP).
I want to know peoples experiences of specific companies that they have gotten cars through.0 -

Thats all good and well if you want a used car - a lot of people want a brand new one - which is why i lease0 -
I had ordered a car through gateway2lease and tbh I think I would use them again. I actually didn't end up going through with the vehicle as they kept giving me extended / completely differing delivery estimates (which I think was partly down to the problems in Japan). They tried to charge me cancellation fees for doing so, though after some firm emails decided to drop these.
Initial dealings were positive, all queries answered quickly, full copy of the terms and conditions sent without problem (you wouldn't believe how hard this can be with some companies!) and the price was very competitive. Communication after the order was a bit sparse, though any queries were always answered in a relatively timely manner. All in a reasonable experience.0 -

I think you missed the point of the OP's question. He is considering Personal Contract Hire, not a PCP.The greater danger, for most of us, lies not in setting our aim too high and falling short; but in setting our aim too low and achieving our mark0 -
There are only a handful of contract hire funders in the UK. There are endless brokers but ultimately there are not many funders so aslong as you are using a mainstream company such as Arval, Lex, Lombard etc you will be fine - Just shop for the best deal. If you personal message me I'll give you a site to look at.0

I think it would be useful to describe what you consider to be a "funder."The greater danger, for most of us, lies not in setting our aim too high and falling short; but in setting our aim too low and achieving our mark0
