A&L logins soon moving to Santander Online Banking

Having been one of those with internet banking access problems that took months to resolve :wall: last year when A&L became part of Santander ... I applied for Santander log in details a while back and now also can log in via Santander as well as via the old A&L page that the message has just appeared on.
Both work for me at present & I am hoping that at least one of them will continue to do so once whatever they're about to do has been done !0 -

Lucky you. Mine stopped working during the migration in June last year....And it has never worked since. I managed to finally close all my accounts last month.
My complaint is now with the FOS and I've been back and forth with Santander/FOS since October. I'm awaiting the final Ombudsman decision any day now......
If I was one of those customers whose internet banking is working today and is being moved from A&L login site to Santander...I would have a backup plan in case it all goes wrong...again!0 -
Worst case scenario - pop into your local Santander branch with assorted forms of ID and ask for a statement and/or withdraw money that way.0
