Replacing an integrated dishwasher

Our dishwasher has gone kaput, and as we're on the verge of renting the house out, we thought we'd replace it rather than getting it repaired (it's 11 years old).

The only problem is that it's integrated, and the door covering only partially covers the door - the controls of the dishwasher take up the rest of the door.

So I'm thinking that finding a modern replacement will be tricky. It seems that nowadays dishwashers have their controls on the inside of the top of the door, so they don't show. The door we have that matches the rest of the kitchen wouldn't cover the entire front of a new dishwasher.

Any advice please?
