Nothing but praise for this fine company. :beer:
I ordered a several items in the sale, used a free delivery code, the parcel arrived safe and sound 3 days later. Very please with the majority of items - super quality, well packed and value for money.
Not happy with a couple of the the items though as they were a bit smaller than I expected so rang Lakeland to arrange a return.
No quibbles, refund sorted instantly, and was asked to donate the items to a local charity or school rather than return them. Wow. :T:T:T:T:T
My local primary now has ownership of some lovely new kitchen equipment, I have a refund, and Lakeland have a lifelong customer in me. :j
