revamp for MDF ?

our kitchen is 15 years old, because its so big we could not afford real wood, so i think it is MDF, its looking rather tired now and some of the wood look has come off ( in front of the sink ) does anyone know of a repair paint just to give it that fresh look again, I don't want to paint all the units, just refresh the look, it there such a thing as repair paint. thank you
