Terms

• This competition is only open to UK residents, aged over 18, excluding employees of the Promoter and all those professionally associated with this promotion.

To enter, visit the relevant section of the website www.pinkladysunshine.co.uk and tell us about your sunshine moment.

• The Prize
• • The prize is for a holiday worth up to £10,000 for four people to South Africa.
• • The example itinerary given on the website is based on 14 nights staying at 3* plus hotels on a breakfast, lunch and dinner basis but the winner will be able to agree their own itinerary (subject to availability) with the tour operator (Trail Finders Limited).
• • The prize includes charter flights with standard 20kg luggage allowance per person.
• • Additional passengers may be added to the holiday, subject to availability and at the full advertised price for both flights and accommodation.
• • Prize winners are responsible for their own transport to and from the UK departure point, additional pre-bookable services, any food and accommodation not included within their agreed itinerary and any discretional spend during their stay.
• • All taxes and government charges are the responsibility of the winner, along with any additional charges at the hotel and attractions. Holiday insurance is not included in the prize and must be purchased before travelling.
• • Flights and accommodation are subject to availability at time of booking. The tour operating is Trail Finders Limited and their booking conditions will apply.
• • Prize winner and family members are responsible for ensuring they hold adequate travel insurance, each have a valid passport with the necessary visa for travel to South Africa, plus the required vaccinations.
• • Travel must take place between November 2011 and February 2012 with the return flight being completed by 28 February 2012.

The prize is subject to availability and Promoter reserves the right, at its discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at any time.

• The prize is non-refundable and no cash alternative is available.

The closing date for entries is 31 August 2011.

• The winner will be selected at random on or after 1 September 2011 and will be notified by email within seven days of the draw.

The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

• Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner by email and post. If the winner cannot be contacted or successful contact is not made within 45 days of the date of the draw, the Promoter reserves the right to select a new winner (without liability to the original winner).

Other than where such liability cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter cannot accept responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any person entering the competition or as a result of accepting the prize.

• By telling us your sunshine moment you give the Promoter permission to publish details of your sunshine moment, together with your first name and town on our website.

We'd love to be able to tell people who has won and may ask for you to let us use your name in our publicity materials, but would only do so with your consent.

• Any personal data relating to entrants will be used in accordance with the Pink Lady Privacy Policy and will not be disclosed to a third party without prior consent.
