How to fix blown tape to ceilings and cracks

I see, thank you! I'll be getting in touch with the developers to rectify the ceilings. To be fair we've had no other problems at all.
Should I be ventilating the rooms more to prevent this from happening again or is it just something that will happen with shrinkage/poor bedding in?
Also does anyone know if there is a minimum time you should wait before wallpapering a house like this?0 -
Theres not any thing you can do to prevent it,its just movement and shrinkage, always happens in new build, more so on houses built during the winter months .As your walls are dry linned so you can paper as soon as you like0
