Hi,
I bought a laptop a in December last year
Gradually over time the screen started to flicker. I logged it with the manufacturer who repaired it and sent it back. Unfortuntly it wasn't packaged correctly so when it came back there was a crack on the laptop plastic.
I sent it back again, it and it came back ok - with a new case. However within two weeks of use the screen is flickering again....
Do i send it back again or ask for a refund? Is it fit for purpose?
Maybe i should give the manufacturer one more chance?
Thanks
