Halifax Guaranteed Saver transfer delay worries

I tried transferring money from my guaranteed saver into an ISA earlier today and was greeted by a message saying I had agree to some ISA declarations for this year. After that it said it would take up to 48 hours to transfer money, which is fair enough. However, I then noticed that no evidence of the transaction pending was on either account, so I tried again; still nothing.
I then left it and found out that there may not be any notification of it pending, so I was wondering whether it would be better to ring up and ask if they can cancel one of the transfers, or simply wait for it to move into the other account and instantly transfer the money back (provided that everything above is as it should be). Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Phone up asap to cancel the duplicate transaction. Save using that part of your ISA allowance.
For future note, it's currently much quicker to do the transfer by phone. I believe that they're introducing instant transfers out of the Guaranteed Saver in the next month or two though.0 -
I've tried ringing up but the line's currently closed; I'll try in the morning. I also had to agree to some ISA declaration thing too, that won't make a difference to the transfers will it? It's just that I'm a bit worried about the transfer not even showing up as pending on my accounts.0

No, the transfers won't show up until they go through. The ISA declaration won't make any difference.0
