I am not allowed to post a link but the item is the Steens Lucerne 3 Drawer Bedside table (as well as the large five drawer chest of drawers, bed and mirror) at bedroomfurnitureworld.co.uk
And yes, I have provided photo evidence in an email which they claim they haven't had. So I've sent it again.0 -

Depending what email client you have, you may be able to request a read receipt......meaning when they open it, you get a email telling you its been received and readYou keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0 -

TBH, if I ordered furniture from the internet, I would assume it was flat packed and not the other way round, unless stated.
So would I. Otherwise the only way it would ever get to the recipient in one piece would be in a dedicated vehicle -- which would obviously cost muuuuuch more than £19.99 op paid.
But to ops credit it doesn't say so on the page0 -
