hubby had replyfrom FOS lloydshave agreed to make him a offer gesture of goodwill blah blah part of the letter oes like this LLoyds tsb will be writing to you to eplain the precise terms of its proposed settlement however it has told us that it will be based on the general approach that the fos takes when we decide that a consumer has been mis sold ppi. any ideas what that is all about

It will be full redress.
If the loan is still running,the whole ppi is taken off the balance of your loan and your monthly payment goes down by the ppi monthly amount,the ppi monthly payments you have made to date are given back to you with interest.
If the loan is settled,you get the whole ppi amount back with interest,less the ppi rebate thay gave you when you settled.0 -

thanks for your replys we will just have to wait and see what they offer as this was a cancelled on a cc that has now been closed so not sure what they will offer or how lomg it will take :beer:0

If this is a cc they will only go back 6 years,unless you have statements to prove ppi before that.thanks for your replys we will just have to wait and see what they offer as this was a cancelled on a cc that has now been closed so not sure what they will offer or how lomg it will take :beer:0
