Santander - moving more than 10,000 ?

My mother is in the process of a house purchase and will soon need to move a few tens of thousands out of her Santander current account. She can though only move up to 10,000 per day, so is there a way to move more than that in one fell swoop, online or otherwise?

Also, do Santander have a telephone number that takes you straight through to a human being without needing to key in your telephone pin number (which my mother has forgotten)?

Ignore the automated voice three times it will take you to a person who will take you through level 2 security be sure to have a bank statement to hand.

They can do a BACS transfer from the branch for £10k +but she will need to take her debit card and secondary ID with her such as a driving licence/ passport.

CHAPS is also availiable but costs £25
