Co Op Electrical Great Service under warranty

I purchased in January a dual control Electric blanket from co op electrical online for £55. A month ago when it was a bit cold I turned it on and one side wasn't working. I wasn't sure where I had bought it from as I looked around everywhere for the best price until last week when I found the order email.
I rang co op electrical up and they immediately offered to send a new one to me within 24 hours and asked if I could parcel the faulty one so it could be collected at the same time.
I explained I was going away and could it be delivered/collected when I got back, which they agreed to do at a date suiting me and I have even received an email order with the delivery details on it.
I will def check co op electrical prices next time I want to buy anything electrical as I think their warranty returns is the best online.
