Hi just a question about charging orders. If you enter into an iva which we are still looking at but not yet taken the step, can the people we owe money to put a charging order on our property. :question:

Once an IVA is in place your creditors are not allowed to take any further action against you and cannot apply for a charging order:laugh:Free at last0
