Installation of electric oven

We bought an oven a couple of years ago and OH fitted it as it was a simple wiring job. Oven was rubbish and the "selector" kept failing on it but we didn't have an extended warranty or anything. It's on the way out again and I've just bitten the bullet and ordered a new one from argos (Different make obviously!!)
This time we have taken out the extended warranty with argos which I imagine will say it needs to be fitted by a qualified electrician. It needs "hard wiring" which is only a simple job but I don't want to void the warranty by risking OH doing it again- even though the previous fault was nothing to do with the electrics. Do I need someone with a particular qualification? Obviously I've heard of gassafe for plumbers but not sure if there is a sparky equivalent? I've had a look online and in yellow pages and all I can see are domestic repairs people who seem to be "engineers" and don't appear to have specific electrical qualifications, or I find electricians who quite frankly don't want the job.
Any advice? It comes tomorrow and ideally I want it in ASAP but given the additional £75 for the warranty I want it done right!

For electrics you have "Part P Certification". Any warranty would probably be voided unless the job was done by anyone but a Part P certified electrician.0

Thanks for that. I didn't think it'd be this difficult to find someone who wants the flipping job!!0
