Tax credit renewal new hours

Sorry if this has been asked before, but I couldn't find anything when I searched.
I have mine and my husband's renewal form but my contracted hours are changing this month from 19 to 21 am I right in thinking that I can just fill out the form and put no in the box for change in circumstances last year and then ring them next month (when hopefully phone lines are less busy and I have the hours on my payslip) to tell them.
