Asda have got all their KTC products reduced to 20p a tin or 6 for £1 at the moment - this includes :
Chopped tomatoes
Plum tomatoes
Chickpeas
Kidney Beans
Chilli Beans
Black eyed Beans
Cannellini Beans
Borlotti Beans
Rosecoco Beans
My store was sold out of tomatoes, but I got loads of chickpeas and some of the other pulses, and at that price it is definitely worth stocking up.
In my store these are all in the world food aisle and not with the other tinned pulses.
Enjoy

I make my own hummus. I just add tahini, garlic, some of the chick pea water and lemon juice then mix it with a hand blenderJuly- coconut body shop body butter, pom bear football, mini johnsons lotion, Sally Hansen nail treatments0 -

You can also use different flavourings in your hummus - roasted red pepper, caramelise onions and my new favourite use an avocado instead of some of the water and lime juice instead of lemon - its lovely.
I also add them to stews and curries - bulks them out or makes a veggie option.0 -
i make spicy rice with them(chickpeas), put them in pasta, curries etc
v versatile and good for the kids:)GRATITUDE WHEN GIVEN, PATIENCE WHEN DENIED
